The Apex is an iconic “green” building that comprises seven stories of offices with ground floor restaurants, bistros, and coffee shops spilling out onto a public square. It is being built at Century City at a cost of around R185 million. The building forms part of the R1 billion Century City Square development, which includes the Century City Conference Centre and Hotel, 15,000 square meters of offices, showrooms, 51 apartments, and six restaurants and coffee shops, all set around a bustling public square and served by 1,330 parking bays in a super basement and a structured parking garage
