The office space will be ready to be fitted out by the new tenants toward their specific office needs and requirements.
When moving into Hillcrest Office Park, tenants will receive a generous tenant installation incentive from the landlord as a contribution toward the customization of their new offices in Hillcrest.
1) 3 Years Lease; the tenant will be entitled to utilise the value of 30% of the rental payable in respect of the first two years of the lease period.
2) 5 Year Lease; tenants will be entitled to utilise the value of 50% of the rental payable in respect of the first two years of the lease period.
The above incentive is available for:
