The Park is situated within close proximity to OR Tambo International Airport, Great North Road as well as the R21 highway. Both water & electricity on site are prepaid. Kindly note that the tenant will be required to pay a utility deposit at the beginning of the lease. There is also a 10% levy on all units, which covers the electric fencing surrounding the property, 24/7 guarding services, as well as cleaning and maintenance on site.
