Building Description

Pomona Junction, situated just off of Constantia Street in Pomona, is made up of warehouses available to let in Pomona. The Park is situated within close proximity to OR Tambo International Airport, Great North Road as well as the R21 highway. Both water & electricity on site are prepaid. Kindly note that the tenant will be required to pay a utility deposit at the beginning of the lease. There is also a 10% levy on all units, which covers the electric fencing surrounding the property, 24/7 guarding services, as well as cleaning and maintenance on site.
