The Annex, located at 15 Alice Lane, was the 6th completed building forming part of the Alice Lane precinct. Constructed on a super-basement, the 5 story office building wraps around a central atrium area, bringing natural light into the spaces. The design of the building also allows for multiple entrances to each space, being able to accommodate multiple tenants on each floor. Each floor plate is between 3500-4200msq. The building has a canteen which services all tenants in the building, catering for any requirement. The building is also linked via a pedestrian walkway for easy access to Virgin Active, Seattle Coffee and The Grill House. Located across the road from Sandton City, the Sandton Convention Center and numerous 5-star hotels are within the immediate vicinity.
