Anita holds a BCom in Financial Analysis from the University of Stellenbosch, a Diploma in Interior Design, and has completed CFA Level 1. Her career includes extensive experience managing portfolios for some of the largest landlords in South Africa, covering a broad spectrum of sectors. Her expertise encompasses leasing greenfield developments, managing property expansions, and negotiating complex leases. In her current role, Anita applies her comprehensive knowledge to deliver exceptional services in strategic leasing advisory, negotiations, and additional brokerage services tailored to client needs. Her deep understanding of the Stellenbosch and Somerset West areas enhances her ability to effectively address diverse client needs and manage intricate transactions.
