Matthew has over 16 years’ experience in the property industry. His experience includes re-launching Trafalgar Properties’ commercial property brokerage, working for Broll Property Group and working for Galetti Commercial and Industrial. Matthew has collaborated with seasoned property experts throughout his career, from whom he has gained expertise in all aspects of commercial property broking. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the IMM.

I see a further integration of technology driven barrier removal in the commercial property sector. The industry will have access to quantitative analytics and instant property search facilities. The early movers of this process will benefit as they supply the parties information that landlords, tenants and financiers require.
